He's increased the fleet from 11 to 150 and is committed to improving the safety record of the industry by serving in several national organizations. Barry was recently elected Chairman of the Truckload Carrier's Association for 2006. Vickey Anderson Administrative Assistant to the President vanderson@pottlestrans.com Vickey joined the company in 1999, left for a few years, and then rejoined the staff in 2005. She oversees the daily operations of the company and its affiliates as directed by the President and is the point person in his absence. Vickey brings over 15 years of experience as a paralegal to Pottles. Cindy Pottle Nightingale Office Manager cnightingale@pottlestrans.com Cindy runs the day- to- day operations of the office and serves as the corporation's secretary on the Board of Directors. She joined the management team in 1980 and is our ISO Management Representative. Gerard L. Patry Controller gpatry@pottlestrans.com Gerard plays a big role in securing the accounting and administration programs that have allowed our rapid growth. He joined Pottle's in 1984 and has been instrumental in developing our set of efficient customer procedures. Linda Leighton Human Resources Director lleighton@pottlestrans.com Linda is the "go to" person for our drivers. She joined us in 1990 and is responsible for helping drivers with benefits, DOT qualification compliance, cargo claims, accidents and assisting with our orientation program. Sheldon Cote Safety Manager scote@pottlestrans.com Sheldon has been with the company since 1998. He began working in the Operations Department where he served as the Assistant Operations Manager before moving into our Safety Department in 2005. Sheldon oversees all safety related matters and is responsible for driver recruiting and retention. John Keller Safety Manager jkeller@pottlestrans.com John has been a key member in our Safety Department since 1999 and recently obtained certification as a Certified Director of Safety through NATMI. He has been with Pottle's since January of 1997 and has experience as both an Owner/Operator and Company Driver. John brings several years of leadership and management experience to Pottle's from the U.S. Navy. Lisa Ouellette Sales/Traffic Manager louellette@pottlestrans.com Lisa started out as a customer service representative when she joined us in 1996, so she knows what our customers want and need. She now handles sales activities throughout our service area and serves as one of our ISO auditors. Rick Randall Operations Manager rrandall@pottlestrans.com Rick brought 15 years of experience with him when he joined the Pottle's team in 1998. Prior to putting his talents to work for us, Rick served as an operations supervisor for a Fortune 500 transportation company. James Gray Assistant Operations Manager jgray@pottlestrans.com Jim started out as our backhaul coordinator in 2000 and took over as Assistant Operations Manager in 2004. He came to us with over 9 years of driving experience and 6 years in customer service and dispatch. Jim also serves as one of our ISO auditors. Adam Beals Technical Shop Foreman abeals@pottlestrans.com Adam took over our maintenance program in 2006 and has virtually eliminated service failures since coming aboard. He is highly skilled in all aspects of truck maintenance and closely supervises the work performed on all our equipment. Kevin Dubay Administrative Shop Foreman kdubay@pottlestrans.com Kevin brings excellent supervisory and computer skills to our team handling charting, policies and company analysis for our garage. He joined us in June of 2006 after serving 27 years as head of the maintenance department for James River Corporation. Drew Temos PA-General Manager atemos@pottlestrans.com Drew runs our local operation in Allentown, PA focusing on growth and productivity aspects of Pottle's through the tri-state area. He joined our operation in 2005 with a mixed background in accounting/finance, sales, staffing and logistics. Ed Burns VP of Sales eburns@pottlestrans.com Ed recently joined Pottle's, bringing with him 14 years of transportation sales experience. His approach to customer needs based sales has earned him a strong and favorable professional reputation. Ed plans to expand Pottle's presence in the eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware markets Additional Employees Pottle's Transportation employs 210 people. Of those 210, 110 are drivers and 45 are owner-operators. None of our employees are represented by a collective bargaining unit.
